Woman Grandmaster Nafisa Muminova was born on February 1st 1990 in Ferghana region, Uzbekistan.
She started to play chess when she was 9 years old.
Nafisa became vice-champion of the Asian Youth Championship U-18 in 2008.
Since 2007 she is a member of Uzbekistan women's national team.
Currently Nafisa is studying sports psychology in Uzbekistan State Institute of Physical Culture.
